Position Summary

The Pilot in Command (PIC) supports Part 91 operations on a Gulfstream 650 based in West Palm Beach, FL. This role serves as final authority for flight operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient execution while delivering a high level of service.


Responsibilities
  • Ensure safe operation of flight in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct flight planning, performance calculations, and weight and balance
  • Perform preflight inspections and ensure aircraft readiness
  • Coordinate with crew and company personnel for trip execution
  • Deliver passenger briefings and maintain high service standards
  • Utilize CRM and TEM to support safe and effective operations

Requirements
  • FAA type rating in applicable fleet
  • Minimum 3500 hours total time
  • 2000 hours PIC
  • 1500 hours multi-engine
  • 500 hours PIC multi-engine
  • 300 hours instrument
  • 500 hours jet
  • 4–6 years of experience
  • Must be able to perform essential job functions

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior corporate/business aviation experience
