Position Summary

Certified Flight Instructors (CFI, CFII, MEI) are responsible for providing high-quality flight and ground instruction to students at various stages of training. Instructors play a key role in ensuring safe operations while helping students progress toward their pilot certifications and ratings.

Responsibilities

• Provide flight and ground instruction to students
• Ensure all training is conducted safely and in compliance with FAA regulations
• Prepare students for checkrides and written exams
• Maintain accurate training records and student progress
• Promote a positive and professional learning environment

Requirements

• Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) certificate
• Ability to instruct in single-engine aircraft
• Strong communication and teaching skills
• Commitment to safety and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

• CFII and/or MEI preferred
• Previous flight instruction experience
