Position Summary

The Captain is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft, ensuring compliance with all regulations while leading flight operations in a multi-crew environment. This role includes extended travel assignments supporting operations across Africa.

Responsibilities

Operate aircraft in compliance with all regulations and safety standards
Conduct pre-flight inspections and review flight plans and weather
Communicate with ATC and manage navigation
Perform takeoffs, landings, and aircraft system management
Respond to in-flight emergencies and ensure safety
Coordinate with crew and ground personnel
Maintain accurate flight records and reporting
Participate in ongoing training and development

Requirements

CPL License
1,000 total flight hours
500 PIC hours
100 multi-engine hours
100 multi-engine PIC hours
Willingness to travel for extended periods (6–12 weeks)
Preference given to Namibian citizens
