Position Summary

The Global 7500 Instructor Pilot delivers simulator, classroom, and ground training, guiding pilots through certification and qualification programs while maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and customer experience.


Responsibilities
  • Deliver simulator and ground school instruction
  • Serve as SME throughout all training phases
  • Provide instruction for licenses, type ratings, and qualifications
  • Conduct pre- and post-flight briefings
  • Maintain training records and recommend remedial training
  • Support curriculum and course development
  • Progress to Training Center Evaluator (TCE) role
  • Participate in training programs including potential international travel

Requirements
  • Must hold or have held a professional pilot license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2–5 years relevant experience
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Participation in DOT Drug & Alcohol program

Preferred Qualifications
  • ATP with at least one PIC type rating
  • 3,000+ total flight hours
  • Global 7500 or relevant aircraft experience
  • Part 135 experience
  • Prior instructor experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
