Position Summary

The Boeing 737 Captain serves as Pilot in Command for Airlines flight operations. The position is open to both type-rated and non-type-rated candidates who meet the required flight experience, licensing, medical, and language qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate assigned Boeing 737 flights as Pilot in Command.
• Maintain compliance with applicable EASA regulations and operational procedures.
• Exercise command authority and professional judgment throughout flight operations.
• Maintain required flight qualifications, medical certification, and language proficiency.

Requirements

• EASA Part-FCL pilot licence.
• Valid EU Class 1 Medical Certificate under Part-MED.
• Minimum 5,000 hours Total Time.
• Minimum 1,000 hours PIC.
• Italian Language Proficiency Level 6 or higher.
• English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No criminal record.
• Must have the legal right to travel without restriction to and from all countries served by the operation.
• Boeing 737 type rating is not required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Boeing 737 type rating.

Compensation

• €124,000–€140,000 gross per year, including variable compensation related to actual flight activity.
• Contractual classification is determined based on qualifications, type rating/licence, and experience.
