Direct Entry Captain | A320

Position Summary

Direct Entry Captain positions are available on the A320 fleet. This role offers the opportunity to join a modern and expanding airline, operating a variety of routes across Europe, North America, and Asia.

Schedule

• Option of 100% full-time contract or 83.3% part-time agreement
• 83.3% contract: 100% rostering during summer and December, 50–75% during the rest of the year
• Minimum of 11 days off per month
• 42 days of annual leave

Responsibilities

• Operate A320 aircraft on scheduled routes
• Comply with all regulatory and company procedures
• Participate in required security and background checks

Requirements

• Unrestricted EASA ATPL(A), CPL(A), or MPL (Non-Scandinavian EASA licenses accepted, but must be converted before course start)
• Valid Class 1 Medical
• Valid Instrument Rating
• ICAO English Level 5 or 6
• Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU
• Clean criminal record
• Minimum 4,000 hours total time
• Minimum 2,000 hours on jet aircraft or high-speed turboprops
• Minimum 1,000 hours PIC on aircraft with MTOW above 55.0T
• Experience with winter operations

Compensation

• 100% contract: DKK 75,493 / SEK 74,772 per month
• 83.3% contract: DKK 62,861 / SEK 62,285 per month
