Direct Entry Captain | ATR 72-600

Position Summary

The Direct Entry ATR 72-600 Captain conducts Airlines flight operations across short-haul UK and European destinations. The position is open to both type-rated and non-type-rated Captains and requires strong leadership, sound decision-making, and a commitment to safe and professional flight operations.

Schedule

• Full-time.
• Guernsey-based positions are permanent.
• UK-based positions are initially offered on a two-year fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities

• Exercise command of the ATR 72-600 during assigned flight operations.
• Maintain safe and professional aircraft operations in accordance with applicable procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Provide effective leadership and direction to assigned crew members.
• Support strong flight deck communication, teamwork, and collaborative decision-making.
• Maintain high standards of safety and operational excellence.
• Support consistent operating standards and the professional development of flight crew members.

Requirements

• Valid UK CAA Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL).
• Valid UK CAA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• Minimum 2,000 hours Total Time.
• Minimum 1,000 hours on multi-pilot aircraft with an MTOW exceeding 20,000 kg.
• Minimum 500 hours PIC on multi-pilot aircraft with an MTOW exceeding 20,000 kg.
• ATR 72-600 type-rated and non-type-rated Captains are eligible to apply.
