Position Summary

The Direct Entry Captain operates Saab aircraft in scheduled regional passenger operations. This Airlines role is a permanent, full-time position responsible for safe flight operations while supporting regional service throughout the operator's network.

Schedule

• Permanent, full-time.
• Guaranteed minimum of 80 flying credits per month.
• Maximum 18 duty-period schedule.
• Wild Card Days and socialized schedule control systems.
• Commuting within the operator's network may be available pending approval during the hiring process.

Requirements

• Valid Canadian Airline Transport Pilot (ATPL) Licence.
• Valid Category 1 Medical Certificate.
• Minimum 2,000 total flight hours.
• Minimum 1,000 hours PIC.
• Minimum 1,000 hours relevant experience in multi-engine, multi-crew, IFR, and/or turbine operations under CARs 600/702/703/704/705.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Restricted Area Identity Card.
• Must be a Canadian citizen, Canadian permanent resident, or hold a valid permit to work in Canada.
• Ability to travel to and from the United States without restrictions.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted.

Compensation

• Starting base salary of $81,600–$118,000 annually.
