Position Summary

The First Officer supports safe and timely Airbus A320 flight operations in an Airlines environment. The role shares responsibility for aircraft safety, regulatory compliance, and effective crew coordination while maintaining a strong focus on passenger safety and professional flight operations.

Schedule

• Full time position.

Responsibilities

• Support the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft and the safety of crew and passengers.
• Ensure aircraft airworthiness and consider weather conditions affecting each flight.
• Comply with applicable flight regulations and air traffic control procedures.
• Utilize available tools and resources to support safe operations in the air and on the ground.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety throughout all flight operations.

Requirements

• FAA Airman Certificate.
• First Class Medical.
• FCC Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
• 1,500 hours total time.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to maintain a valid passport.
• Must be able to travel unrestricted to and from the United States.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position.

Preferred Qualifications

• Airbus A320 Type Rating.
