First Officer | Airbus A320 Family

Position Summary

The Airbus A320 Family First Officer supports safe and efficient scheduled passenger flight operations. The position is open to both type-rated and non-type-rated pilots, with type-rating training provided for pilots who are not currently rated.

Schedule

• Permanent, full-time.
• Multiple base options available.
• Short and medium-haul flight operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as First Officer on Airbus A320 Family flight operations.
• Support the safe, comfortable, and efficient operation of assigned passenger flights.
• Work collaboratively with the flight crew in the operation of the aircraft.
• Maintain required operational, training, and proficiency standards.

Requirements

• EASA Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL-A) OR Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL-A) with ATPL Credit, issued in Germany.
• Multi-Engine Instrument Rating.
• Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) training.
• Advanced UPRT training in accordance with EASA FCL.745.
• German-issued Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• German language proficiency of at least B2.
• Minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4.
• General university entrance qualification or technical college entrance qualification.
• EU citizenship OR applicable residence and work authorization.
• Unrestricted valid passport.
• Valid background check and applicable declaration of immunity from punishment.
• Negative drug test.

Preferred Qualifications

• Airbus A320 Family Type Rating.
• More than 1,000 hours on aircraft over 20 tonnes for recognition of previous experience.
