Position Summary

The Boeing 737 First Officer assists the Captain in safely operating assigned flights in accordance with applicable local and international aviation regulations, company policies, and established operating procedures. This position supports safe, professional, and customer-focused airline operations.

Schedule

• Full-time.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Second in Command during Boeing 737 flight operations.
• Assist the Captain with the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft.
• Operate in accordance with applicable local and international aviation regulations.
• Follow established company policies and operating procedures.
• Maintain high standards of flight safety and professionalism.
• Support effective flight deck teamwork and passenger service.

Requirements

• Commercial Pilot License.
• Multi-Engine Rating.
• Instrument Rating.
• Current unrestricted First Class Medical Certificate.
• Minimum 250 hours Fixed-Wing Total Time for Panamanian applicants.
• Minimum 1,000 hours Fixed-Wing Total Time for foreign applicants.
• Minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5.
• Valid U.S. tourist visa.
