First Officer (Under Training)

Position Summary

The First Officer (Under Training) position provides an airline pilot pathway for eligible Bangladesh citizens holding or obtaining a Commercial Pilot Licence. Successful candidates must satisfy academic, medical, and regulatory requirements before progressing to simulator training.

Responsibilities

• Complete required airline pilot selection and training.
• Pass all ATPL subjects before simulator training.
• Maintain required flight qualifications and medical eligibility.
• Comply with CAAB and company training standards.

Requirements

• Bangladesh citizenship.
• Commercial Pilot Licence — Aeroplane (CPL-A) with Instrument Rating, issued by CAAB or a recognized ICAO authority; candidates with applications pending at CAAB may apply.
• Valid CAAB-approved Class 1 Medical.
• CAAB-issued English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
• SSC/HSC Science, GCE O/A Levels, or IB MYP/DP with Physics and Mathematics.
• All ATPL subjects must be passed before simulator training.
• Minimum height: Male 5 feet 4 inches; Female 5 feet 2 inches.
• BMI 18–25.
• Eyesight 6/6, corrected or uncorrected.
• No serious incident within the preceding two years.
• No pilot-attributable accident within the preceding five years.
• No criminal record.

Preferred Qualifications
