Position Summary

Seeking an experienced Boeing 737NG Captain to serve in a command role supporting cargo flight operations. The Captain is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft while demonstrating strong leadership, sound judgment, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Pilot in Command of the Boeing 737NG.
• Ensure safe and efficient aircraft operations.
• Maintain strong adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Demonstrate leadership and sound operational judgment in commercial operations.
• Apply applicable regulatory frameworks and Safety Management System requirements.
• Utilize Flight Data Monitoring principles and safety-driven decision-making.
• Maintain strong technical knowledge of aircraft systems, performance, and human factors.

Requirements

• Valid UK CAA, EASA, FAA, or ICAO ATPL with B737NG Type Rating.
• Minimum 5,000 hours total flight time.
• Minimum 2,000 hours on multi-pilot aircraft.
• Minimum 1,000 hours PIC on B737NG.
• Current or recent B737NG experience with last flight within the previous 12 months.
• ICAO English Level 5 or higher.
• Valid Class 1 Medical.
• Recent command experience on B737NG.
• Strong adherence to SOPs.
• Proven leadership and operational judgment in commercial operations.
• Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks and Safety Management Systems.
• Understanding of Flight Data Monitoring and safety-driven decision-making.
• Strong technical knowledge of aircraft systems, performance, and human factors.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Flight Safety experience.
• Previous Flight Data Monitoring experience.
• Previous Safety Investigation experience.
