Captain | Citation X

Position Summary

The Captain operates the Cessna Citation X (CE-750) as Pilot-in-Command on Part 135 charter missions for a fast-growing Charter operator, holding final authority for the safe, legal, and efficient operation of each flight while delivering top-tier passenger service.

Schedule

• Full-time; home-based.
• Rotating schedule: 8/6 or 15/13.
• Reside within one hour of a major airport.

Responsibilities

• Exercise PIC authority for the safe, legal, and compliant operation of all flights per 14 CFR Part 135 and the company GOM.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (flight planning, weather minimums, routing, performance, MEL/CDL, airworthiness).
• Conduct pre-, in-, and post-flight duties per FAA regulations and company SOPs.
• Maintain operational control coordination while retaining final go/no-go authority.
• Apply CRM and threat/error management; manage abnormal and emergency situations.
• Ensure passenger safety and maintain accurate records and reporting.

Requirements

• Valid CE-750 (Citation X) PIC type rating.
• ATP / Multi-Engine Land.
• Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
• Valid passport; ICAO eligible for international operations.
• U.S. citizenship or Permanent Resident status with unrestricted right to work.
• 3,500 total flight hours.
• 2,000 hours Pilot-in-Command (any aircraft).
• 300 hours PIC in CE-750 type.

• Part 135 experience.
