Position Summary

The Jetstream 32 Captain is responsible for safe and professional Commercial Air Transport operations while delivering a high standard of customer service and operational efficiency. The position requires strong aircraft handling, Crew Resource Management, decision-making, and compliance with applicable operating procedures and aviation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Captain of the Jetstream 32
• Operate the aircraft in accordance with the Operations Manual and applicable procedures
• Verify the aircraft's maintenance status remains compliant for flight
• Coordinate and manage crew tasks to achieve safe and effective operational outcomes
• Ensure standard and emergency procedures comply with applicable regulations on the ground and in flight
• Maintain current knowledge of the Operations Manual, national and international aviation law, and accepted aviation practices
• Maintain compliance with SOPs, Company Operations Manuals, and the Aircraft Flight Manual
• Demonstrate strong Crew Resource Management and sound operational decision-making
• Maintain high standards of customer service, operational efficiency, and professionalism

Requirements

• UK CAA and EASA dual pilot licenses
• UK Class 1 Aviation Medical Certificate
• Minimum 2,000 hours Total Time
• Minimum 500 hours PIC
• Right to live and work in the United Kingdom
• English proficiency Level 5 or higher
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• High operational standards, safety awareness, and Crew Resource Management skills
• Strong organizational and motivational skills
• Commercial awareness and an entrepreneurial mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Jetstream 32 Type Rating
• Turboprop experience
• Both UK and EASA aviation medical certification
