Position Summary

The Captain operates Boeing 737 aircraft for an established airline conducting scheduled and charter flights across multiple international bases. The Captain is responsible for maintaining safe, compliant flight operations while demonstrating strong leadership and teamwork in an international operating environment.

Schedule

• Permanent employment or self-employed contract options
• Contract start: January–March 2027
• Operational bases: BTS, BUD, BRQ, with KTW and WAW based on operational needs
• Short-haul and intercontinental flight operations
• Participation in worldwide ACMI contracts

Responsibilities

• Operate Boeing 737 flights in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
• Demonstrate leadership and teamwork in an international operating environment
• Maintain high professional and aviation safety standards
• Successfully participate in company selection screening

Requirements

• Valid, unrestricted EU passport
• Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
• Boeing 737 Type Rating not expired by more than one year
• Minimum 3,000 hours total flight time
• Minimum 500 hours as Captain on the Boeing 737
• No break in flying exceeding 12 months
• Age between 26 and 62 years
• ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher
• Yellow fever vaccination
• No criminal record
• No incident record
• Proven cooperation and teamwork skills
• Excellent communication and Crew Resource Management (CRM) skills
• Strong stress management and problem-solving abilities
• Leadership and managerial skills
• Successful completion of company selection screening
