Challenger 605/650 Captain (PIC)

Position Summary

The Captain serves as Pilot in Command of Challenger 605/650 aircraft in business aviation operations. The Captain is responsible for safe flight execution, crew leadership, regulatory compliance, and professional passenger service during domestic and international assignments.

Schedule

• Ten hard days off per month, selected by the pilot
• Domestic and international flight assignments

Responsibilities

• Serve as Pilot in Command of assigned Challenger 605/650 flights
• Maintain safe aircraft operations and regulatory compliance
• Lead crew coordination and operational decision-making
• Deliver professional passenger service
• Maintain operational readiness and company flight standards

Requirements

• Unrestricted FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate
• Challenger 605/650 type rating
• Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate
• Minimum 3,500 total flight hours
• Minimum 2,000 PIC hours
• Minimum 1,000 turbine hours
• Valid FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
• Valid passport and driver's license
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and iPad applications
• Ability to pass a 10-year background investigation, drug screening, and Criminal History Records Check
• Ability to enter and exit countries served by company operations
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to reside within a three-hour driving call-out distance of the assigned airport

Compensation

• $150,000–$220,000 annually
