Position Summary
The First Officer provides professional piloting services on the Boeing 737-8 to ensure charter operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with applicable regulations in a Charter operation, supporting engineering with performance feedback and advising clients on aircraft support.
Schedule
- Full-time.
- RON (Remain Overnight) schedule, particularly in the Papua region (Eastern Indonesia).
Responsibilities
- Provide professional piloting services on the company jet to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant charter operations.
- Monitor, assess, and report on B737-8 performance to support engineering teams.
- Deliver expert operational advice to clients regarding B737-8 support.
Requirements
- Valid ICAO CPL with Instrument Rating.
- Current type rating on the B737-8 or B737-NG.
- 3,000 total flight hours.
- 500 multi-engine hours.
- 50 hours on type/model/variant.
- Graduate of a recognized aviation school.
- Comprehensive knowledge of DGCA CASR regulations.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Indonesian citizen; medically fit; no colour vision deficiency.
- Willing to enter a bond agreement and work RON schedules.
