First Officer | Global Express XRS

Position Summary

The First Officer supports the Captain in the safe and efficient operation of the Global Express XRS. This position requires strong technical and non-technical skills, teamwork, sound decision-making, and the ability to maintain high professional standards within a flexible 24/7 operation.

Schedule

• 24/7 operation with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Serve as First Officer and Second in Command (SIC) during assigned flight operations.
• Support the Captain in the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft.
• Maintain the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
• Apply effective leadership and teamwork skills during flight operations.
• Exercise sound decision-making and workload management.
• Communicate effectively with clients, crew members, and operational personnel.
• Comply with applicable safety regulations and company policies.
• Operate effectively in high-pressure and dynamic environments.

Requirements

• Valid FAA Pilot License.
• Class One Medical Certificate.
• Minimum 1,500 hours Total Flight Time.
• Unrestricted right to live and work in the United Kingdom without sponsorship.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
• Strong decision-making and workload management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Ability to accommodate a flexible operational schedule.
