Position Summary

The First Officer operates the Jetstream 32 as part of a professional flight crew conducting Commercial Air Transport operations under Part-CAT. The First Officer supports safe and efficient flight operations while maintaining excellent customer service, Crew Resource Management, and compliance with applicable operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as First Officer of Jetstream 32 aircraft
• Operate the aircraft in accordance with the Company Operations Manual
• Ensure the aircraft's maintenance status is compliant for flight
• Coordinate and manage crew tasks to achieve safe operational outcomes
• Apply standard and emergency procedures on the ground and in flight
• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and the Aircraft Flight Manual
• Maintain current knowledge of national and international aviation regulations
• Demonstrate effective Crew Resource Management and sound decision-making
• Maintain high operational and safety standards
• Provide excellent customer service and professional presentation
• Support operational efficiency and commercial awareness

Requirements

• UK CAA and EASA dual pilot licence
• UK Class 1 Aviation Medical Certificate
• Minimum 250 hours Total Flight Time
• Legal right to live and work in the United Kingdom
• English language proficiency Level 5 or higher
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong Crew Resource Management skills
• High operational standards and safety awareness
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and motivation
• Entrepreneurial mindset and commercial awareness
• Ability to accommodate operational flexibility

Preferred Qualifications

• Jetstream 32 Type Rating preferred but not essential
• Both UK and EASA Class 1 Medical Certificates preferred
