Position Summary

The Jetstream 32 First Officer supports safe and professional Commercial Air Transport operations while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency. The position requires strong flight crew coordination, Crew Resource Management, sound decision-making, and compliance with applicable operating procedures and aviation regulations.

Schedule

Responsibilities

• Serve as First Officer of the Jetstream 32
• Operate the aircraft in accordance with the Operations Manual and applicable procedures
• Verify the aircraft's maintenance status remains compliant for flight
• Coordinate flight crew tasks to achieve safe and effective operational outcomes
• Ensure standard and emergency procedures comply with applicable regulations on the ground and in flight
• Maintain current knowledge of the Operations Manual, national and international aviation law, and accepted aviation practices
• Maintain compliance with SOPs, Company Operations Manuals, and the Aircraft Flight Manual
• Demonstrate strong Crew Resource Management and sound operational decision-making
• Maintain high standards of customer service, operational efficiency, and professionalism

Requirements

• UK CAA and EASA dual pilot licenses
• UK Class 1 Aviation Medical Certificate
• Minimum 250 hours Total Time
• Right to live and work in the United Kingdom
• English proficiency Level 5 or higher
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• High operational standards, safety awareness, and Crew Resource Management skills
• Strong organizational and motivational skills
• Commercial awareness and an entrepreneurial mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Jetstream 32 Type Rating
• Both UK and EASA aviation medical certification
