First Officer | Pilatus PC-24

Position Summary

The Pilatus PC-24 First Officer supports Corporate flight operations under Part 91, assisting the Pilot in Command with the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft throughout all phases of flight. The position requires strong aeronautical judgment, professionalism, effective crew coordination, and a high level of passenger service. Previous PC-24 experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Pilot in Command with the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft throughout all phases of flight.
• Conduct flight operations in accordance with FAA regulations, approved aircraft and flight operations manuals, and standard operating procedures.
• Assist with flight planning, weather analysis, performance calculations, and aircraft preparation.
• Complete applicable post-flight duties.
• Provide professional and discreet customer service to passengers.
• Assist with passenger briefings and support a seamless travel experience.
• Maintain effective Crew Resource Management and sound aeronautical decision-making.
• Communicate aircraft maintenance discrepancies and assist with required documentation.
• Interact professionally with aircraft owners, passengers, vendors, and fellow crew members.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by flight operations leadership.
• Must reside within approximately a two-hour drive of the New Castle aircraft base or relocate prior to the start date.

Requirements

• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.
• Multi-Engine Rating.
• FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
• Minimum 2,000 hours Total Time.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Part 91 and/or Part 135 flight operations experience.
• Turbine aircraft experience.
• Corporate aviation experience.
• Previous Pilatus PC-24 experience.
