Position Summary

The Captain operates the Challenger 300/350 on business aviation missions throughout North America. The position is responsible for safe flight operations, participation in the Safety Management System, compliance with company manuals, and providing a high level of customer service while ensuring passenger safety and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Captain of Challenger 300/350 aircraft
• Conduct flight operations throughout North America
• Actively participate in the Safety Management System
• Conduct flight operations in accordance with company manuals
• Operate in high-density airspace
• Conduct trans-border flight operations
• Maintain a high standard of IFR flight operations
• Provide a high level of customer service
• Ensure passenger safety and comfort
• Maintain professional decision-making and operational standards

Requirements

• Canadian Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL)
• Valid Canadian passport
• Minimum 4,500 hours Total Time
• Minimum 1,000 hours Jet
• Minimum 500 hours Jet PIC
• Previous jet experience
• Extensive IFR experience
• Ability to receive TSA approval
• Decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Time-management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness and ability to relocate and reside within two hours of YEG International Airport

Preferred Qualifications

• Challenger 300/350 Type Rating
• Bombardier experience
• Pro Line 21 experience
