Captain | Challenger 605

Position Summary

This Captain position is responsible for the safe and professional operation of a Challenger 605 throughout assigned flights. The Captain reviews aircraft status, weather, routing, and alternates, conducts required preflight inspections, and completes the documentation associated with each trip.

Schedule

• Full-Time.
• On-call availability required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate the Challenger 605.
• Review aircraft maintenance status.
• Conduct proper preflight inspections in accordance with the approved Aircraft Flight Manual.
• Review weather and facilities along the planned route and at destination and alternate airports.
• Conduct flights in accordance with company policies, procedures, and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.
• Ensure the safety of passengers, aircraft, and crew.
• Accurately complete required trip paperwork.

Requirements

• 3,000 Total Time.
• 1,500 PIC.
• 1,500 Multi-Engine.
• 500 Multi-Engine PIC.
• 500 Turbojet.
• 250 Instrument.
• First Class Medical.
• Challenger 605 or comparable aircraft type rating.
• Must be able to complete ICAO International Procedures training annually.
• Primary residence must be within a two-hour drive of KMQS or candidate must be willing to relocate.

Compensation

• $50,000–$500,000 based on geographic area, experience, equipment type/aircraft, job duties, training, and assigned account.
