Captain | Citation 525

Position Summary

The Citation 525 Captain serves as Pilot in Command for private owner and charter operations. The position operates a fleet of Citation CJ-series aircraft and averages approximately 40–60 flight hours per month.

Schedule

• Full-time.
• Approximately 40–60 flight hours per month.
• Locally based pilots may select flexible or fixed schedule options.
• Home-based pilots may select fixed schedule options.
• Drive-in commuters may select fixed schedule options.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Pilot in Command of Citation 525 series aircraft.
• Conduct Part 91 owner and Part 135 charter operations.
• Maintain safe and professional flight operations in accordance with applicable regulations and procedures.
• Locally based pilots must live within two hours driving distance of Oakland.
• Home-based pilots must live within one hour of an approved gateway airport.
• Drive-in commuters must live within four hours of Oakland.

Requirements

• FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate (CPL).
• Minimum 3,500 hours Total Time.
• Minimum 2,000 hours PIC Multi-Engine.
• Minimum 250 hours PIC in Citation 525 type.

Preferred Qualifications

• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.
• Additional type ratings in CE-510, CE-560, CE-680, CE-750, EMB-500, EMB-505, CL-604, or CL-605.
