Responsibilities

• Perform all Aircraft Commander duties to ensure the safety of flights and passengers under the Aircraft Flight Manual, company Standard Operating Procedures and applicable legislation.
• Ensure safe and efficient flight operations in accordance with company procedures.
• Confirm safe navigation and independently monitor aircraft geographical position and terrain clearance.
• Follow operational procedures and checklists under the Aircraft Flight Manual, Operations Manuals and command instructions.
• Report occurrences or incidents that have endangered or could endanger safety.
• Report faults, failures, malfunctions or defects that could affect airworthiness or safe aircraft operation.
• Deliver excellent customer service to support passenger satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• Minimum 3,000 Total Flight Hours.
• Full UK CAA Part-FCL Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL); the employer also references frozen ATPL eligibility for Co-pilot.
• Cessna Citation CE-560XL type rating.
• Current UK Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• Demonstrated excellent performance.
• Extensive global flight experience.
• Strong commercial aviation background in a UK CAA, EASA or military air transport environment.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Citation XLS+ differences qualification.
• Military or airline training.
• ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 6.
