Position Summary

The Citation Sovereign 680 Captain serves as Pilot in Command for private owner and charter operations. The position averages approximately 40–60 flight hours per month and offers locally based, home-based, and drive-in commuter scheduling options.

Schedule

• Full-time.
• Approximately 40–60 flight hours per month.
• Locally based pilots may select flexible or fixed schedule options.
• Home-based pilots may select fixed schedule options.
• Drive-in commuters may select fixed schedule options.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Pilot in Command of the Citation Sovereign 680.
• Conduct Part 91 owner and Part 135 charter operations.
• Maintain current and qualified PIC status in accordance with applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.
• Pilots selecting the local-base option must live within two hours driving distance of Oakland.
• Home-based pilots must live within one hour of an approved gateway airport.
• Drive-in commuters must live within four hours of Oakland.

Requirements

• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.
• Minimum 3,000 hours Total Time.
• Minimum 1,500 hours PIC.
• Minimum 1,000 hours Multi-Engine.
• Minimum 500 hours Turbine.
• Minimum 100 hours PIC in type as defined by 14 CFR Part 1.1.
• Minimum 250 hours Instrument.
• Must be current and qualified as Pilot in Command under applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional type ratings in CE-510, CE-525, CE-560, CE-750, EMB-500, EMB-505, CL-604, or CL-605.
