Captain | Citation XLS

Position Summary

The Citation XLS Captain is responsible for providing safe, courteous, and efficient Part 91 air transportation for company ownership, executives, associates, and guests. The role supports corporate flight operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, aircraft readiness, and passenger service.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Flexible flight schedule
• Overnight, weekend, and holiday travel as required

Responsibilities

• Serve as Pilot in Command as assigned
• Safely operate the Citation XLS in accordance with applicable regulations, policies, and operating procedures
• Conduct preflight planning, including weather analysis, aircraft performance calculations, and route planning
• Coordinate flight schedules and trip logistics
• Coordinate ground transportation and fueling
• Maintain accurate flight records and required documentation
• Ensure the aircraft is properly prepared and presented for each trip
• Provide professional, discreet, and courteous passenger service
• Support the continued safety, readiness, and efficiency of corporate aviation operations

Requirements

• Minimum 3,000 hours Total Flight Time
• Minimum 1,500 hours PIC
• Minimum 500 hours Turbojet Flight Time
• Ability to obtain and maintain an FAA First Class Medical Certificate
• Ability to travel internationally without restriction

Preferred Qualifications

• CE-560XL Type Rating strongly preferred
