First Officer | Challenger 300/350

Position Summary

A First Officer supports Challenger 300/350 business aviation flight operations while maintaining safe and professional operations and a high standard of passenger service.

Schedule

• Permanent full-time.
• 15 days on / 13 days off.
• Schedule published 12 months in advance.
• Training scheduled six months in advance.

Requirements

• Commercial Pilot Certificate (CPL).
• ATP written completed.
• First Class Medical.
• Minimum 1,500 hours Fixed-Wing.
• Minimum 750 hours PIC.
• Minimum 250 hours Multi-Engine.
• No more than two checkride failures.
• No accidents, incidents, or FAA enforcement actions within the previous five years.
• Minimum 150 flight hours within the previous 365 days.
• Minimum 30 flight hours within the previous 90 days.
• Must meet applicable ICAO international commercial air transport requirements.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have unrestricted authorization to travel to and from destinations served.

Preferred Qualifications

• Typed in aircraft.
• Jet experience.

Compensation

• Year 1 guaranteed base pay: $110,100.
• Total compensation potential: $152,550.
