Position Summary

The First Officer operates the Challenger 300/350 as Second in Command on business aviation missions throughout North America. The position supports safe and professional flight operations, participates in the Safety Management System, and provides a high level of customer service while ensuring passenger safety and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Serve as First Officer on Challenger 300/350 aircraft
• Support flight operations throughout North America
• Actively participate in the Safety Management System
• Conduct flight operations in accordance with company manuals
• Support IFR operations in high-density airspace
• Support trans-border flight operations
• Maintain professional crew coordination
• Provide a high level of customer service
• Ensure passenger safety and comfort
• Support safe and efficient aircraft operations

Requirements

• Canadian Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL)
• Valid Canadian passport
• Minimum 2,000 hours Total Time
• Previous jet experience
• Extensive IFR experience
• Ability to receive TSA approval
• Decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Time-management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness and ability to relocate and reside within two hours of YEG International Airport

Preferred Qualifications

• Challenger 300/350 Type Rating
• Bombardier experience
• Pro Line 21 experience
