Position Summary

The First Officer supports Corporate flight operations within a fractional private aviation operation, working alongside the Captain to conduct safe and efficient flights while providing professional and personalized service to passengers.

Schedule

• Full-time.
• Standard schedule of 16 days on / 12 days off.
• Alternative 14/14 and 18/10 schedules available through bidding.

Responsibilities

• Support safe aircraft operations in accordance with established policies, procedures, and operating guidelines.
• Assist the Captain throughout all phases of flight.
• Adapt to changing destinations, routes, and daily operational requirements.
• Respond effectively to irregular operations.
• Provide professional and personalized passenger service.

Requirements

• Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL).
• Intermediate Airline Transport Rating (IATRA) or ATPL examinations completed.
• Minimum 1,500 hours Total Time.
• Minimum 250 hours PIC.
• Canadian passport or resident status with applicable visas permitting required international travel.
• Ability to travel to the United States for training.
• Ability to obtain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC).
• Ability to obtain Corporate CANPASS privileges.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, or pull at least 30 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

• Aviation degree or diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution.
• Jet experience.
• Corporate aviation experience.
