Position Summary

The Helicopter Captain operates Sikorsky S-92 helicopters supporting VIP and VVIP transportation missions. The position is responsible for safe and efficient flight operations while maintaining high standards of regulatory compliance, professionalism and passenger safety.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with applicable civil aviation regulations, operations manuals, standard operating procedures, checklists and security requirements.
• Maintain flight safety throughout all phases of operation.
• Verify aircraft airworthiness and the validity and availability of required documentation, equipment and operational approvals.
• Conduct preflight planning, risk assessments, weather evaluations and mission briefings.
• Delegate tasks to crew members and other appropriate personnel.
• Promote teamwork and ensure relevant personnel receive the information necessary to perform their duties safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Current Sikorsky S-92 type rating.
• Minimum 3,000 total helicopter flight hours.
• Minimum 500 hours Pilot in Command (PIC).
• Minimum 100 hours PIC on Sikorsky S-92.
• Demonstrated multi-crew helicopter operations experience.
• Excellent knowledge of aviation regulations, operational procedures and safety management principles.
• Proficiency in English.
• Effective communication and strong leadership skills.
• Ability to operate in complex and demanding environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 1,000 hours on Sikorsky S-92.
• Previous VIP/VVIP helicopter operations experience.
