Position Summary

The Lead Captain & Flight Operations Manager operates Challenger 604 aircraft within a Part 91 Corporate operation while leading daily flight department activities, including safety, aircraft readiness, dispatch reliability, maintenance coordination, and financial stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Lead Captain of the Challenger 604.
• Lead daily flight department operations.
• Maintain safe and compliant Part 91 operations.
• Coordinate aircraft scheduling and executive travel.
• Maintain aircraft readiness and dispatch reliability.
• Coordinate maintenance with service providers.
• Manage aviation budgets, invoices, and vendor relationships.
• Lead and develop flight department personnel.

Requirements

• Challenger 604 Type Rating.
• First Class Medical.
• Minimum 5,000 hours Total Time.
• Minimum 2,000 hours PIC.
• Minimum 1,000 hours Turbine PIC.
• Minimum 1,000 hours Multi-Engine.
• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and CRM.
• Aircraft maintenance coordination experience.
