Position Summary
The Certified Flight Instructor provides fixed-wing Instruction from a Blackpool Airport base using Cessna 150 and Piper PA-28 aircraft. The role includes trial flying lessons, air experience flights, LAPL and PPL training, revision flights, and currency checks.
Schedule
- Full-time or part-time opportunities available.
- Full-time schedule is Tuesday through Saturday beginning at 9:00 AM.
- Part-time schedule is to be arranged.
Responsibilities
- Conduct flight instruction in Cessna 150 and Piper PA-28 aircraft.
- Provide trial flying lessons and air experience flights.
- Deliver LAPL and PPL flight training.
- Conduct revision and currency check flights.
- Provide instruction in accordance with applicable UK flight training requirements.
Requirements
- UK-issued Pilot Licence.
- SEP (Land) Flight Instructor (FI) or Restricted Flight Instructor (FIr) Rating.
- Minimum UK CAA Class 2 Medical Certificate.
