CFII/MEI

Position Summary

The CFII/MEI provides professional flight instruction within a general aviation flight-training operation. The position requires strong instructional standards, safe aircraft operation, sound aeronautical judgment, and effective development of student pilots.

Responsibilities

• Provide flight instruction consistent with held instructor ratings.
• Maintain professional flight-training and safety standards.
• Support student development throughout assigned training.

Requirements

• Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) Certificate.
• Certified Flight Instructor – Instrument (CFII).
• Minimum 300 Total Time.
• 25 hours in PA-28R and Cessna 152, or willingness to obtain before employment.
• Mandatory drug testing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Multi-Engine Instructor (MEI).
• 1,000 Total Time preferred for MEI applicants.
• 50 PIC in Seneca V or similar preferred for MEI applicants, or willingness to obtain before employment.
