UK Flight Instructor

Position Summary

This flight instructor position provides professional flight and ground instruction for independent and contract students within a structured flight-training operation. The instructor manages assigned student training, evaluates progress, maintains training records, and promotes safe operating practices.

• Full-Time.

Responsibilities

• Provide flight and ground instruction.
• Manage assigned students within applicable syllabi and schedules.
• Maintain accurate student training and logbook records.
• Prepare students for stage checks.
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain instructor currency and proficiency.
• Complete recurrent instructor standardization.
• Promote sound decision-making and risk management.

Requirements

• Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) Certificate.
• Certified Flight Instructor – Instrument (CFII) Certificate.
• Multi-Engine Instructor (MEI) Certificate.
• Commercial Pilot Certificate or Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate with appropriate ratings.
• Meet FAA, company, and aircraft-specific qualification requirements.
