Position Summary

The Challenger 604 Fleet Captain leads Other flight operations supporting a specialized international aviation program. As the senior pilot within the fleet, the position combines Captain and Instructor Pilot duties with fleet leadership, operational standards, pilot development, safety management, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the safe and compliant operation of the Challenger 604 fleet.
• Serve as Captain and Instructor Pilot.
• Lead operational standards, safety performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the Safety Management System through fleet safety activities, reporting, and risk management.
• Lead, mentor, and develop pilots, including training, succession planning, and professional development.
• Serve as the fleet Subject Matter Expert for operational and technical matters.
• Support program delivery, technical enhancements, and future operational capabilities.
• Maintain strong working relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Represent the flight operation professionally with customers and senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Challenger 604 operational experience.
• Ability to perform Captain and Instructor Pilot duties.
• Demonstrated ability to lead flight operations and pilot teams.
• Strong operational leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
