Position Summary

The Pilot operates the Air Tractor AT-802 within an Other specialized aviation operation supporting wildfire suppression, forest protection, aerial application, and related missions throughout Canada.

Schedule

• Seasonal operations generally run from April through September.
• Fire standby and operational deployments may be required.
• Deployments throughout Canada may occur based on wildfire response requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Air Tractor AT-802 in support of assigned aerial operations.
• Conduct wildfire suppression and forest-protection missions as assigned.
• Work as part of an air tanker team during operational deployments.
• Participate in required training and in-season practice missions.
• Maintain compliance with applicable operating procedures and safety requirements.
